A lifelong area of discipleship

Lead Like Christ

Biblical leadership is servant leadership. Every Christian man has influence, whether in his family, church, workplace, or community. Leadership begins by serving others.

Am I faithfully leading those God has entrusted to me?

Jesus overturned the world’s picture of leadership. He did not use authority for self-exaltation; He humbled Himself and served. Christian leadership therefore begins with character, responsibility, sacrifice, and love.

Every man has a sphere of influence, whether or not he holds a title. Leading like Christ means stewarding that influence faithfully in the home, church, workplace, and community.
