Privacy Policy
Your information should be treated with care.
This policy explains what information Christian Guys receives, why it is used, when service providers may process it, and the choices available to you.
Last updated July 28, 2026. This policy applies to the Christian Guys website and ministry email subscriptions.
Plain-language summary
We collect what is needed to operate, learn, and communicate responsibly.
Christian Guys does not sell personal information. Email subscriptions are voluntary, use confirmation, and can be ended at any time.
01Information you provide
When you subscribe to email updates, you provide an email address and may provide a first name. The signup process may also record subscription status, consent information, signup source, and related delivery or engagement information.
If you communicate with Christian Guys, we may retain the information you provide and the correspondence needed to respond, protect the ministry, or maintain appropriate records.
02Information collected automatically
The Site uses Google measurement tools and similar website technology to understand how the Site is found and used. Depending on your browser and settings, these tools may receive information such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from an internet address, device and browser type, referring page, dates and times, and interactions with links or features.
Cookies and comparable technologies may store identifiers or preferences in your browser. You can limit or remove cookies through your browser settings, although some website functions or measurements may work differently.
03How information is used
Christian Guys uses information to provide requested email updates, operate and improve the Site, understand resource use, protect against abuse, maintain records, comply with legal obligations, and communicate about the ministry.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use subscription information to promise or diagnose spiritual outcomes.
04Service providers and disclosures
Christian Guys uses service providers to operate the Site and its communications. Intuit Mailchimp processes email subscriptions and delivery. Google provides website measurement services. Hosting, security, and other technology providers may process limited information as necessary to provide their services.
Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate abuse or security concerns, or complete an organizational transition subject to appropriate safeguards.
05Email choices
Email subscriptions use a confirmation process. You may unsubscribe at any time through the link included in each marketing email. Christian Guys or its email provider may retain limited suppression information so that an unsubscribe request continues to be honored.
06Retention and security
Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including ministry operations, recordkeeping, security, dispute resolution, and legal obligations.
Christian Guys uses reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
07Children’s privacy
The Site provides general Christian discipleship resources and is not designed to collect personal information from children under 13. If Christian Guys learns that such information was collected without appropriate authorization, it will take reasonable steps to remove it.
Parents and guardians should remain involved when minors use online ministry resources or subscribe to communications.
08Third-party websites
