Coaches are to mentor each guy that joins our site into the man that God has called them to be through listening, discussing and advising when requested.  Always being available without pushing our personal views or agendas on the guys that visit our site.

Work Description:
The Coach Coordinator is responsible for all the communication and promotion of our Coaches Program.  Since coaches are the pinnacle of our ministry this position is vital to the pulse of our ministry.  This position is currently an unpaid position but has the potential to become a paid position as the ministry grows and becomes sustainable.

This position reports directly to the Executive Director.

Duties can include but are not limited to:

• Phone Calls, and Written Correspondence
• Keeping the "Coaches Corner" of the website updated and content fresh
• Developing new programs and services that will enhance the coach experience.
• Providing on going training for Coaches in areas of mentoring, personal discipleship
• Screening Coach Applications, performing background checks and approving or declining applications with the support of the Administration.

Requirements:
The Coach Coordinator should have a heart for ministry,  a passion for Mentoring.  The ability to coordinate several people with minimal supervision

Provisions:
The coach will provided a VOIP account with an inbound and outbound phone number for making and receiving calls relating to the ministry.

Work description
Web designers are responsible for the layout, visual appearance and usability of a website.  Using a combination of graphic design skills and technical knowledge of how web pages are created, the work involves:

• producing a design that will be attractive to the our target users, has a logical navigation system and has all the features required;
• writing web pages in a combination of codes, such as hypertext mark-up language (HTML), JavaScript, Actionscript, ColdFusion, Java, Perl and Flash, or using code-generating programs, such as Dreamweaver;
• deciding on how images and other material will be digitally optimized and presented for the web;
• ensuring that material on the web site is accessible to all groups including those with disabilities;
• testing the site for functionality in different browsers and at different resolutions;
• fixing errors.

People tend to divide themselves into groups - good people and bad people. But God says that every person that has ever lived is a sinner, and any sin separates us from God. That includes you and me.

An answer to the oft-asked question of if masturbation is a sin for believers in Christ Jesus, and what the scriptures teach concerning it.

The Scripture is strangely silent about this universal issue, while not shy about all sorts of other sexual situations and perversions... in great detail concerning sex with animals, etc. Yet the bible says nothing about masturbation. This is odd, don't you think?

Some, mistakenly, cite Onan in Gen 38:9 as suggesting that masturbation is a sin. In fact, "onanism" has become a synonym for masturbation. But this is obviously an error, and a rather daft one at that. We know what Onan did, for it is spelled out for us in lurid detail; and we know why it was a sin: he was maliciously using and cheating Tamar in way that was wrong. In any case, what Onan was doing was certainly not masturbating, and you have to be pretty dimwitted to miss this.
