Duties can include but are not limited to: 

• Written Correspondence via email, site forums, phone communication is only permitted with prior written permission of the Administration.
• Keeping a mentoring relationship with approx 4-5 guys on the site
• Reviewing accountability reports, emails and providing feedback based on the content
  
• Attending on going training for Coaches in areas of mentoring, personal discipleship
• Being available in the rotation for Live Coach to be available to guys when needed.

Expectations

• Be men of prayer and scriptural discipline.  Daily time in the word (the Bible) and prayer is essential to keep ones self focused on God.
• Be responsible for a group of randomly selected guys for you to be their contact to the website and ultimately be their mentor
• Be logging into the site on a regular basis (daily, every other day)to check in, and monitor the progress of the guys that are assigned to you.
  
• Be continually educating yourself through training by various means (podcast, webcast, webinar, or self-directed web based training or any other method used)
• Be men that lead by example by installing on your primary PC the accountable2you.com “Internet Partner” accountability software.  This software monitors where you browse on the internet as well as search strings and the like, and to join the “Christianguys.org Coaches” accountability group inside your account at accountable2you.com.
• Be men of integrity and to have no outside contact with the guys unless first obtaining pre-authorization from from the administration of the site.  This would include but not be limited to person to person email, Instant messaging, or face to face meetings.  If there is an emergency the coach is expected to contact the appropriate authorities as well as the administration of the site since contact originated at christianguys.org. 

Requirements:

           Skills and Abilities

• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of PC (email, web browsing, etc.)
• Basic Problem solving and creative thinking skills.
• Ability to work well with others and independently.
• Ability to mentor / coach in a non-judgmental manner
• Knowledge of website and the mission of Christian Guys
• Be a self motivator
• Be dependable and consistent
• Be a good listener with being encouraging and supportive

          Knowledge

• Basic Understanding of  basic principles that are obtained by using God’s Word
• Basic Understanding of what it means to mentor / protege someone
