Work Description:
The Coach Coordinator is responsible for all the communication and promotion of our Coaches Program. Since coaches are the pinnacle of our ministry this position is vital to the pulse of our ministry. This position is currently an unpaid position but has the potential to become a paid position as the ministry grows and becomes sustainable.

This position reports directly to the Executive Director.

Duties can include but are not limited to:

• Phone Calls, and Written Correspondence
• Keeping the "Coaches Corner" of the website updated and content fresh
• Developing new programs and services that will enhance the coach experience.
• Providing on going training for Coaches in areas of mentoring, personal discipleship
• Screening Coach Applications, performing background checks and approving or declining applications with the support of the Administration.
